Our plant layout designs are based on our customers needs and supplier input. We create accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings depicting the extrusion press line, added value equipment, and support facilities including maintenance, storage, and operation offices.
We manage our projects from start to finish. We coordinate supply, delivery, and installation of the equipment. Our project management services include generating a living Gantt chart to maintain supply, delivery, and installation timelines. Additionally, we provide onsite oversight of all construction phases.
With our extensive knowledge of the worldwide extrusion industry, we can assist with determining our customers needs and coordinating with various suppliers to provide the appropriate information and quotes to meet our customers requirements.
I have been working in the aluminum and alloy extrusion industry for over 35 years. My background in extrusion press includes design, project management, business development, and equipment acquisition. I have designed and installed complete extrusion press operations and can assist with your project needs from determining the appropriate equipment through start up.
